No. Deposits are not required for standard assignments, though advance confirmation may be requested for extended or multi-day proceedings.

Absolutely. Expert witness depositions are one of the most common types of legal video assignments, and we work with attorneys to ensure testimony is captured clearly and professionally.
What should I expect on the day of a deposition?
I arrive early to set up equipment, verify audio and video quality, coordinate with the court reporter, and complete testing before the deposition begins. Once on the record, I manage every technical aspect of the recording so attorneys can focus entirely on the testimony.
How quickly is video delivered?
Standard delivery is typically 24–48 hours depending on length and complexity.
